This project comprised of the removal of internal racking partitions on the ground floor of the property, to be replaced with new non load bearing racking partitions in different locations. The existing property comprised of timber kit walls with timber floor joists and prefabricated trusses above the ground floor. With the attic converted into a living space. The project required the use of girder trusses to support the design and introduction of non load bearing racking partitions.
